C is now officially nine years young. He had a great time taking treats to school, bowling with his buddies, opening presents (thank you Grandmas & Grandpas), and eating the funniest looking b-day cake ever.
It was my first time making an ice cream cake.
Of course I didn't have the patience to follow the recipe.
Patience is a good thing.
Ice cream cakes that melt faster than you can frost them are not good things.

Today starts his beloved wrestling season.
Josh had that same look on his face, Saturday.
He went & watched State Wrestling & loved every minute of it!
